I’m a product design and UX executive who brings clarity to complexity and warmth to structure. I’ve led globally distributed teams, unified fractured design orgs, and partnered directly with C-suite leaders to make design not just a function, but a driving force. Whether I’m overhauling an enterprise SaaS platform or mentoring new leaders, I care about doing thoughtful work that moves the business and the humans in it.

About me

I started my career in UX before we even knew what to call it. Since then, I’ve led design at startups and global companies, built and scaled teams globally, and partnered with executives who wanted more than pretty interfaces, they wanted product clarity, business outcomes, and a design culture that didn’t make people roll their eyes.

I bring strategy, systems thinking, and just enough irreverence to keep things honest (and fun!). My leadership style is progressive, pragmatic, and equity-driven. I believe in growing talent, not just headcount, and making design a place where curiosity, innovation, and execution coexist.

I’ve delivered results in high-stakes environments: 19% YOY growth here, a 6-month exec buy-in campaign there, entire design teams re-energized and ready for scale. I’ve wrangled mergers, built design systems, and helped shift orgs from reactive chaos to something that resembles clarity.

My background in expressive arts therapy taught me how to listen deeply, work intuitively, and never underestimate the power of storytelling. These days, I lead with data, direction, and a human-centered backbone; and usually with a couple of dogs snoring nearby.
