I’m an accomplished technology leader with 15+ years of experience driving product design and UX excellence at world-class companies. I bring strategy and vision, I bring clarity to complexity and humanity to structure. I’ve led globally distributed teams, unified fractured design orgs, and partnered directly with C-suite leaders to make design a business differentiator. Whether I’m overhauling an enterprise SaaS platform or mentoring new leaders, I care about doing thoughtful work that moves the business and the humans in it.

I started my career in UX before we even knew what to call it. Since then, I’ve led design at startups and global companies, built and scaled teams globally, and partnered with executives who wanted more than pretty interfaces, they wanted product clarity, business outcomes, and a solid design culture.

I bring strategy, vision, systems thinking, and empowered teams to solve complex technical problems and create the experiences of the future; making design a crucial business differentiator. My leadership style is progressive, pragmatic, and inclusive. I believe in growing talent and making design a place where curiosity, innovation, and execution coexist.

I’ve delivered results in high-stakes environments: I’ve wrangled mergers, grown teams, and design maturity with limited resources, built design systems, re-energized design teams, and set up culture for scale.

My background in psychology and arts therapy taught me how to listen deeply, work intuitively, and never underestimate the power of storytelling. My background in graphic design made me a stickler for craft, quality, and beauty. These days, I lead with data, vision, and a human-centered backbone; and usually with a couple of dogs snoring nearby.
