I started in UX before we knew what to call it. Since then: startups, global enterprises, mergers, and everything in between. I've built and scaled teams across continents, established design systems, and partnered with executives who wanted more than pretty interfaces; they wanted clarity, outcomes, and culture.
My background in psychology and arts therapy taught me to listen deeply and never underestimate storytelling. My graphic design roots made me obsessive about craft. These days I lead with data, vision, and a human-first backbone. Usually with a couple of dogs snoring nearby.

As a manager, she manages individuals differently according to their personality and needs. For example, she’ll be very hands-off with some people and very good at hands-on coaching with others. She intuits what a person’s communication style is and can context-switch to best serve her employees (or for that matter management). She also excelled at helping people by asking the right questions to help them come to conclusions about issues or direction on their own.
